Gearflow transforms how fleet teams operate through an AI-powered procurement platform built for construction fleet teams to keep jobs running.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for an exceptional Product Manager who embodies a low ego approach, drives thoughtful change, and thrives in a collaborative SaaS environment. You should excel at prioritization, follow-through, and building relationships across departments and with customers.

You will be responsible for ensuring Gearflow's premium product, Parts Hub Pro, continues to evolve to meet customer needs while driving business success.

What you will be doing

• Prioritize product initiatives based on business needs and customer impact
• Be the glue connecting Engineering, Design, CS, Sales, and Customers
• Shape work – collaborating with Design, Engineering, and Customers to take requests from concept to implementation-ready
• Follow up on delivered work and measure impact to ensure we solve the problems we set out to solve
• Serve as the front-line filter for product requests
• Better understand product impact and define what success means for different customer personas through KPIs
